Gala Concerts at Royal Opera House Muscat

Emmanuel Villaume gives his final two concerts of 2014 in Muscat, Oman. The French maestro returns to the city’s Royal Opera House, having appeared there earlier this year, for two New Year’s gala celebrations on December 30 and 31 with pianist Andrew von Oeyen, tenor Bryan Hymel, and soprano Irini Kyriakidou as well as the PKF Prague Philharmonia, to which Emmanuel was recently appointed as Music Director and Chief Conductor.

The program hears a mix of works, with the first half focusing on music of Gershwin and Ravel and the second half featuring favorite moments from operas, operettas, and American musical theater. Click here for tickets.
